Staff & Volunteers
We're grateful to have a number of individuals serving at Crossroads Baptist Church in full-time staff as well as part-time volunteer positions. Here are some of our ministry leaders.

Mike Buckamneer
Pastor
Pastor Mike Buckamneer has served as the pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church since 2003. Pastor Mike and his wife Jane have three children and seven grandchildren.
Dr. Jim Clark
Music Director
Dr. Jim Clark has served as the Music Director at Crossroads Baptist Church since 2007. He also teaches the 1st and 2nd grade Sunday school class. Dr. Clark and his wife Jennifer have three children.
Dave Clark
FBI Director
Bro. Dave Clark is a graduate of Faith Bible Institute. He has been the director of the institute at Crossroads Baptist Church since 2013. Bro. Dave Clark is assisted by his wife Debbie, who teaches the pre-school Sunday school class.
Mike & Dr. Linda Bean
College and Career Ministry Director
Mike and Dr. Linda Bean serve as the College and Career Ministry Directors at Crossroads Baptist Church. Mike and Linda have three children and are active in many aspects of the ministry.
Richard Richardson
Print Ministry Director
Bro. Richardson has directed the Bible printing ministry since its inception in 2012. In that time, the ministry has helped produce approximately 5 million Bibles which have been shipped to the mission field. Bro. Richard is assisted by his wife Sandi.
Brian & Patti Boore
Teen Ministry Director
Brian and Patti serve as teen ministry leaders. Brian also is the leader of our technology team. Brian and Patti have two children and are active in several phases of the ministry.
Mrs. Rachel Trezona
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Rachel has served as the Children's Ministry Coordinator since 2020. She oversees children's events and teaches children's church on Sunday morning. She serves in the music ministry as well. She and her husband Jeff have four children.
